Standard shipping is CA$19.99 for orders $199.99 or under.
Orders $200 and above qualify for complimentary (FREE) shipping.
Insurance may be added at the customer’s discretion. Please note that oversized items, including supplements, are excluded from standard and free-shipping offers.
United States and International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Insurance may be added upon request after purchase.

We ship to the United States as well as selected countries in Europe and Asia. Some shipping rates are already calculated at checkout. For destinations outside of North America not listed, please inquire directly.
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 days after full payment is received. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and we reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier.
Custom duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier.

Please contact us by phone or email for return authorization and the correct return address before sending any items back by mail.
Items may be returned unused, undamaged, unopened, and in new condition with original tags within 30 days of purchase or delivery (online) for a refund.
Refunds are issued less the original shipping cost and applicable processing fees. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
All refunds or credits are processed using the original method of payment.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
