Shipping Policy is for In-store Products and In-Store Pre-orders ONLY
(Arena Footing are sold and invoiced directly with Manufacturer 

NOTE: ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

 

Shipping Policy

CANADA: $0-$200 standard shipping (CA$19.99), $200 and over- Free Standard Shipping. 

Customers may purchase insurance at their additional cost. For USA : Please inquire for shipping rates and/or insurance (based on destiation address). 

We Ship To The Following Countries

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States and Selected Countries. Please Inquire.
Items will be shipped 1-3 days after full payment is received. Shippping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers. 
Custom duties, Tarrifs and tax is the responsibility of the buyer and charrged by shipping carrier. 

Store Pickup

We offer in store pickup.  Available/In-Stock Items may be picked up from our store in 2-3 days after payment is complete. Please call us to schedule a pick-up aduring our store hours +1(613) 697-4097. Thank You. 

Delayed Orders

Haus of Concord is not responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control. Inquiries on Lost and undelivered Items should be taken with the third party carrier. Customer may purchase insurance or tracking for their order.

Currently we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy is for In-store Products and In-Store Pre-orders ONLY

** "New To You" (Used Items) and Any New Helmets are considered Final sale.

Returns Policy

PLEASE CALL/EMAIL TO GET AUTHORIZATION AND RETURN ADDRESS PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL.

Orders may be returned UNUSED/UNDAMAGED/UNOPENED AND IN NEW CONDITION with tags within 10 business days from the  date of purchase or delivery for refunds (less shipping cost we incurred to ship items to you  and processing fees). Items are inspected prior to shipment. 

Items returned between 10-15 business days are issued a store credit. Returns are processed in the same form of purrchase payment.  

 

No Returns or exchanges are allowed affter 15 business days.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. 

Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as Final Sale.

Final Sale: Final Sale Items (Used and Any New Helmets ) are non returnablle, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
