INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IMPORT TARIFFS/TAXES and/OR Carrier Fees ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND ARE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIERS UPON CUSTOMS CLEARING or delivery

 

Canada
Standard shipping is CA$19.99 for orders $199.99 or under.
Orders $200 and above qualify for complimentary (FREE) shipping.
Insurance may be added at the customer’s discretion. Please note that oversized items, including supplements, are excluded from standard and/or free-shipping offers.

 

United States and International Shipping

US SHIPPING : $35 CAD (FOR GOODS UP TO $399). and $50 Cad (Goods Over $400 )
Other COUNTRIES  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Insurance may be added upon request. Oversized items are excluded.
For destinations outside of North America not listed on checkout page, please inquire directly.
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 days after full payment is received. delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and we reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier.
Custom duties, tariffs/taxes and possible carrier fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

** Helmets may be returned/exchanged unused, in it's original seLlable condition and packaging with dustbag and box within 14 days of delivery Receipt date by sending an email to hausofconcord@gmail.com.  We can REQUEST KEP models not available in store. 

Please contact us by phone or email for return authorization and the correct return address before sending any items back by mail.
Items may be returned unused, undamaged, unopened, and in new SELLABLE condition with original tags within 30 days of purchase or delivery ( 14 Dayys for Helmets) for a refund.
Refunds are issued less the original shipping cost. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
All refunds or credits are processed using the original method of payment.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used/damagged items or after the allotment period.
